How much do disputes cost?

Chargeback, chargeback reversal, and retrieval fees cost $10. These costs are standard in the payment industry, and we don't make money off it. We are just passing it along from the banks.

Are there any other fees?

No. The cost per transaction is 2.75% + 20¢ with no hidden fees. Per-transaction pricing means no setup fees or monthly fees.

Is there a fee if my guests use Apple Pay?

No, there's no additional fee if your guests use Apple Pay. For iPhone users, the default option for paying on Zewallet is Apple Pay. It helps streamline payments and makes it a frictionless experience for your guests.

Can I take any type of credit card with Zewallet?

You can accept all the major brands – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All cards have the same price of 2.75% + 20¢.

How long do payouts take?

Payouts are deposited directly into your bank account on a daily basis.

How do refunds work?

You're in charge of your refund policy. We do not entitle your guests to a refund. You can issue either partial or full refunds. The payment processing fees from the original charge are not returned because cards have an interchange cost to them.
